- Salary: 12 000 - 18 000 PLN gross
Skills required:
- Basic IT knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Handling requests from internal users
- Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to hardware or software, including operating systems (Windows/ iOS) and applications
- Working on the creation of instructions and documentation
