- Rate: 9 500 PLN – 16 000 PLN net + VAT B2B/gross CoE (depending on experience)
Skills required:
- min. 2 years of experience in self-selling services in the area of new technologies (e. g. SAP, ERP systems, software development),
- nice to have – experience related with recruitment agency.
- fluent in Polish,
- English at the level of min. B2,
- interest in new technologies and personal development,
- open mind and independence,
- a large amount of positive energy, openness and relational attitude,
- the ability and willingness to work in a team - sharing knowledge and the atmosphere of cooperation is extremely important to us!
Responsibility:
- business development,
- preparing and negotiating terms of cooperation,
- acquisition of recruitment projects,
- consulting in the field of IT/SAP market,
- identifying and analyzing market needs,
- carrying out recruitment projects in accordance with Awareson standards,
- building relationships and ensuring a high level of Candidate Experience,
- creating a "pipeline" for future projects.
