- Rate: 14 000 – 16 000 PLN gross (with higher experience we are open for higher salaries expectations)
Skills required:
- min. 4 years of experience in recruitment projects for IT positions (180),
- min. 2 years in a leadership role,
- knowledge of the market and IT roles, in particular the Software Development specialization,
- English at the level of min. B2,
- open mind and independence,
- being a team player - sharing knowledge and cooperation is extremely important to us!
Responsibility:
- managing the team of IT 180 recruiters (software development),
- recruiting best IT expert for our clients,
- daily coaching and mentoring the team,
- development of the Team.
