- Rate: up to 120 PLN per hour
Skills required:
- 2 years of experience in handling incidents and requests at second and third line level
- Proven experience in Salesforce Veeva CRM
- Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence
- English is a must
Responsibility:
- Receiving and analyzing service requests
- Resolving incidents and requests
- Taking care of up-to-date documentation and knowledge base
