We are looking for: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

General info:

Location: hybrid, visits to the office in Tychy or Toruń every 2 weeks for a few days
Start: due to the notice period
Duration: long-term
General info: contract of employment
Salary expectations: up to 18 000 PLN gross

Skills required:

2-3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors area.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as EC (Employee Central), ECP (Employee Central Payroll).
Experience in configuring and customizing the system to meet local and global requirements.
Ability to analyze and resolve system errors and support end users.
Very good command of Polish and English language to the extent that you can communicate freely.
Ability to work in a team and analytical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:

Configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, including modules such as EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll).
Support end users in troubleshooting and optimizing HR processes.
Analyze and resolve errors in SAP SuccessFactors system.
Work with the HR team to deliver the best solutions to support HR development.
