We are looking for: SAP Retail Consultant

Salary: up to 200 PLN/h

Skills required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP in the Retail area.
Knowledge of SAP standard: Proficient knowledge of SAP Retail business processes, with the ability to propose solutions based on the SAP standard.
ABAP: Ability to read and basic modify ABAP code to customize solutions to meet business requirements and integrate with other systems.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori and system architecture: Experience working with user interfaces (Fiori) and understanding of SAP system architecture in the context of integration with cloud solutions.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze existing solutions, troubleshoot problems and find optimal system development paths.
Experience working in a product approach: Working in agile methods (e.g. Scrum) in the context of products, ability to work with development and business teams.
Consulting skills: Ability to provide technical and business consulting, especially in selecting SAP solutions that can meet the organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for the product team, supporting product development in the SAP part.
Analyze and seek opportunities to use standard SAP solutions in place of existing custom solutions, with a focus on business process optimization.
Consulting on architectural proposals and actively participating in shaping the target architecture of the system.
Work closely with other IT teams, architects, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure high quality implementations and compliance with SAP best practices.
Support in product development and system expansion.
