We are looking for: Lean Process Design & Optimisation (HR) Senior Manager

General info:

  • Location: remote
  • Duration: long-term cooperation
  • Salary: 110-130 PLN/h

Skills required:

  • 5–8 years of experience in process design, service design, or HR operations.
  • Lean six sigma Black Belt preferred, strong lean proficiency.
    Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro).
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to train and coach teams in process design and optimisation best practice.
  • Background in HR transformation, shared services, or digital experience design a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and exposure to AI and automation tools desirable.

Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end process design for assigned workstreams using principles of Lean, Agile, and Human-Centred Design.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs), functional leaders, and Workstream Leads.
  • Translate each People functional team’s strategic and experience aspirations into practical, scalable process designs and documentation.
  • Ensure process outcomes align with broader program objectives such as maximizing self-service, enabling data-driven decision-making, and embedding technology (including AI) into service delivery.
  • Apply and uphold the process design methodology and standards set by the Transformation Enablement Team.
  • Act as a coach and support to ensure all other process design is complete to these standards and build capability within the teams.
  • Ensure consistency, reusability, and future-readiness in process documentation and flows.
  • Collaborate with Workstream Leads, Change & Communications team, and Tech/Systems teams to ensure processes are not only well-designed but also ready for execution.
  • Serve as the go-to partner for functional leaders on any questions related to future-state process architecture.
  • Support transition and hypercare activities by ensuring operational teams understand and are ready to adopt the new processes.
