We are looking for: Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst (Finance)

General info:

Location: remote
Duration: long-term cooperation
Salary: 160-190 PLN/h

Skills required:

5+ years' experience in automation, analytics, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions or business process improvement.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power Apps.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript or C++).
Strong SQL skills, including writing, optimising and troubleshooting complex queries.
Experience integrating solutions with APIs, databases, files and enterprise applications.
Strong Power BI, Excel and Power Query skills.
Proven business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping and documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and deliver solutions from design through deployment and handover.
Experience in Finance Transformation or Finance Operations (e.g. Shared Services, AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Intercompany or Master Data).

Responsibility:

Design, build and maintain AI-enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps) and related Microsoft technologies.
Translate Finance business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications and implementation plans.
Develop, test and integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI, Dataverse and enterprise applications.
Build analytics and reporting using Power BI, Excel, Power Query and SQL to support automation and performance tracking.
Produce solution documentation, support UAT, governance, knowledge transfer and adoption activities.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation and automation.
