SAP Labour Market in Poland. Analysis and forecasts, 2024-2026.

published: 15.06.2024

The Awareson report “SAP Labor Market in Poland. Analysis and Forecasts 2024-2026” shows a dynamic and stable market for SAP specialists in Poland, despite the economic slowdown in 2023. Migration to S/4HANA, a shortage of specialists, and an inflow of foreign investment are key factors influencing the market.

The dominant age group is 30 and 40-year-olds, which gives the prospect of stable employment for years. Unfortunately, there is still a shortage of young specialists, and women make up only 26% of the SAP community. High earnings and the lack of barriers to entry attract juniors, but too slowly.

An employment contract is the dominant form of employment, but more and more specialists are opting for B2B. Remote work is common, which is conducive to the implementation of contracts for foreign companies. Turnover is low, and the main motivations for changing jobs are earnings and development.

Salaries increased in 2023 but did not keep pace with inflation. Salary expectations for 2024 are high, but companies declare lower increases. The future of the SAP market in Poland looks bright, but investments in new talent and the development of current specialists are necessary.
