Java is a highly versatile object-oriented language used to create various applications, such as desktop applications, corporate solutions, websites, mobile applications, and games. Its popularity stems from maturity, continuous development, and a wide range of applications. It is attractive to both developers, who see potential for growth and stability, and companies that can rely on it for various projects.

Before embarking on the search for the right candidate, it’s worth asking yourself some important questions:
