We are looking for: CRM Analyst

General info:

Location: fully remote
Duration: long-term contract
Salary: 110-150 PLN/h

Skills required:

At least 3+ years of analytical experience in a digital environment (preferably but not necessarily in CRM, Marketing, or Web analytics).
Excellent knowledge of SQL.
Good knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
Experience with data processing and optimization using Python and/or R.
Fluency in English.

Responsibility:

Pair up with the team to set metrics that describe product success.
Create dashboards to monitor the performance.
Help other team memebers understand key user journeys and build efficient re-engagement campaigns.
Transform data from various sources into clear insights to support informed decision-making.
