Skills required:

Strong experience with: SAP SF- RCM, SAP SF-ONB, SAP SF-EC
Ability to manage complex system configurations and change requests
Fluent English

Responsibilities:

Solve complex workflow issues in Employee Central and Onboarding
Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents, ensuring proper diagnosis and escalation when needed
Collaborate with release management to test and evaluate new features and their impact
