We are looking for: Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator

Location: remote
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
General info: contract, full-time
Rate: up to 180 PLN/h

Responsibilities:

Conducting IT projects in the area of HR (integrations, Fiori development, TETA and Oracle modernization).
Coordinating cooperation between the Fiori team and the Oracle/TETA team.
Scheduling, communication, reporting, and progress management.
Managing technical dependencies (SAP ↔ Oracle ↔ external services).
Participating in architecture planning and TOST processes/IT procedures.
Organizing work related to updates of SAP, Oracle, and TETA environments.
Preparing and coordinating a large project to rewrite the SQL application used for physician billing.
Cooperation with PMO, IT, architects, and business teams.
Coordination of QA and analyst activities (depending on available resources).
Ensuring transparency of activities and communication between multiple units.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a PM/IT project coordinator.
Experience in agile or hybrid environments.
Ability to lead integration or system projects.
Knowledge of HR, SAP, Oracle, or web service integration systems is welcome.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
High communication skills, organization, and independence.
Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously (suppliers + IT + business).
