Skills required:

Experience in building and delivering AI-driven solutions in a business environment
Strong understanding of modern data and AI approaches, including working with large-scale models
Ability to design end-to-end solutions – from concept to implementation
Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams
Strong client-facing skills and ability to understand business needs
Experience in shaping solutions and supporting sales or pre-sales activities
Ability to work across both technical and business stakeholders
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
Fluent English

Nice to have:

Experience working in consulting or project-based environments
Interest in emerging AI trends and practical applications in business
Background in software development or data-related roles
Experience in building prototypes or proof-of-concepts
Familiarity with cloud-based environments
