Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Salary: 25 000 - 30 000 PLN gross UoP

Skills required:

Proven experience leading Employee Central implementations for organizations with 5,000+ users across multiple countries.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute test & migration strategies in complex, international environments.
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Advanced knowledge of Test Management methodologies and tools.
Fluent in English (mandatory); German (optional).
Skilled in Vendor Management and cross-functional collaboration.
