We are looking for: Mid/Senior Data Consultant

Rate: B2B up to 23K + 30 days paid / 20K Permanent

Skills required:

Min. 3+ years of experience in an analytical / data-focused role (preferably Marketing, Logistics, Customer or Sales domains)
Strong proficiency in Python / PySpark, SQL, and Bash scripting (Git workflows)
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (Databricks)
Experience working with large-scale, real-time or streaming data environments (e.g. Kafka)
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling and ETL/ELT processes
Ability to design and implement complex data-driven solutions and data models
Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP (BigQuery), Azure, or AWS
Familiarity with modern data tools such as dbt and/or Apache Airflow
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (Tableau / Looker nice to have)
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and actionable insights
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to business stakeholders
Fluency in English (C1)

Responsibility:

Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
Work closely with different business units (Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Product)
Gather requirements and analyze large-scale real-time data from multiple sources
Build and extend scalable data models and analytics layers
Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready code following best practices
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Business Analysts
Create and prototype data visualizations and insights
Ensure data solutions are efficient, maintainable and aligned with standards
