We are looking for: Junior/Mid SAP FI/CO Consultant
General info:
- Location: remote
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Salary: 100 - 125 PLN/h
Skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in SAP support environments (2nd line support preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP monitoring and technical transactions (SM37, SM12, SM13, SXMB_MONI).
- Understanding of SAP Business Partner concept (ZGP).
- Experience in interface lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ITSM).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability for occasional on-call and weekend support.
- German(B2) and English (B2).
Responsibility:
- Provide 1st/2nd level support for incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Monitor SAP systems, analyze errors, and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
- Participate in major incident and problem management calls with the client.
- Manage and support interfaces and ensure their proper lifecycle handling.
- Support applications within SAP Treasury and Risk Management, Cash Management, Liquidity, and Contract Management areas.
- Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders from the automotive industry.
- Contribute to SAP FI/CO support activities for a German client.
