We are looking for: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant 

General info:

  • Location: remote
  • General info: B2B Contract
  • Rate: up to 220 PLN per hour

Skills required:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession & Development
  • Experience in HR systems maintenance and development (application operations)
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Ability to independently manage changes and IT projects
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC in the area of roles & authorizations is a plus
  • German – min. B2+ (must have)
  • English – communicative level

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals application operations
  • Handling user requests and incidents in the support system
  • Leading IT-related changes and enhancement projects in the P&G area
  • Managing release cycles (every 6 months)
  • Organizing meetings with business and technical teams (TTS)
  • Coordinating testing activities
  • Creating and maintaining SAP tickets
