We are looking for: IT Operations Support Specialist
General info:
- Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model – 2-3 days per week from the office in Mokotów district)
- Rate: 60–85 PLN net/h
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, logging, categorizing, and prioritizing support tickets
- Providing first-line support and troubleshooting for business users
- Monitoring the ticket lifecycle from creation to closure
- Escalating complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams when necessary
- Supporting users via email, chat, and ITSM platforms
- Maintaining accurate support documentation and updating the knowledge base
- Collaborating with international IT teams
- Participating in daily operational and incident meetings
- Monitoring recurring issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting processes related to data quality and operational resilience
- Communicating ticket statuses and incident updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Support / Service Desk / IT Operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems / ITSM platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize incidents effectively
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent Polish and communicative English
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI or Databricks
- Basic understanding of reporting or analytics environments
- Experience in SLA-driven environments
- Knowledge of data-related processes and reporting tools
