We are looking for: UX Researcher

General info:

Location: remote
Duration: long-term cooperation
Salary: 80-130 PLN/h

Skills required:

Experience in UX research/service design/social innovation.
Knowledge of research methods (IDI, FGI, desk research, surveys).
Ability to synthesize data and draw conclusions.
Proficiency with tools: Miro, Mural, FigJam, Excel, Forms/Typeform.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in Polish.

Responsibility:

Planning and conducting user research.
Preparing research and interview scenarios.
Conducting in-depth interviews, workshops, and observations.
Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
Creating insights, personas, and design recommendations.
Collaborating with service designers, PMs, and municipal stakeholders.
Preparing reports, presentations, and research summaries.
