We are looking for: Community Engagement & Co-Creation Specialist

General info:

Location: Warsaw (hybrid)
Duration: long-term cooperation
Salary: up to 110 PLN/h

Skills required:

Experience in community engagement, facilitation, or stakeholder management.
Strong moderation and communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
Knowledge of co-creation and participatory methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement and consultation activities.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions.
Build relationships with community members, partners, and key stakeholders.
Support co-creation initiatives and participatory projects.
Document outcomes and prepare recommendations and reports.
Nice to Have experience in urban, public-sector, or community-focused projects.
