We are looking for: SAP Learning Trainer

- Location: Warsaw, hybrid 9 days HO per month

- Rate: UoP 28 000 gross UoP
Skills required:
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP environments, ideally with knowledge of multiple modules.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training sessions, preferably in an international environment.
- Proficiency in using learning platforms and digital training tools.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable way.
- Fluent English for international collaboration; German language skills are considered an advantage.
Responsibility:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve SAP training programs to ensure successful system adoption across the organization.
- Manage the training strategy, plans, and alignment of training content with business processes and SAP templates.
- Deliver training sessions for key and end users and prepare demo scenarios for system presentations.
- Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, e-learning content, and test scripts.
- Coordinate testing activities, document results, and incorporate feedback into training materials.
- Collaborate with process owners, IT experts, and project teams while providing regular progress and status reports.
