We are looking for: IT Business Analyst

General info:

Location: 100% remote
Start: ASAP
Duration: long term
General info: contract, full-time
Rate: 80 - 100 PLN/h

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and refine business and functional requirements.
Model and document business processes.
Prepare and maintain product backlogs, use cases, wireframes, and test scenarios.
Create analytical and technical documentation.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the project team.
Verify and analyze data using SQL and JSON.
Work with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Sparx Enterprise Architect.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Familiarity with Angular and .NET environments, as well as a solid understanding of IT systems architecture.
Basic knowledge of SQL and JSON.
Experience working with Jira and Azure DevOps.
Native or near-native proficiency in Polish (C2 level).
