We are looking for: Regional Procurement Senior Analyst (M&A Project)
General info:
- Location: Remote (occasional visits to the Warsaw office may be required – candidates based in Warsaw or nearby are preferred)
- Start: ASAP (up to 1-month notice period accepted)
- Duration: Contract until the end of the year with a strong possibility of extension
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, or a similar role.
- Experience negotiating commercial and legal agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and contract amendments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience working in fast-paced, international environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with procurement and sourcing tools such as Coupa, SAP, or similar e-Sourcing platforms.
- Good knowledge of Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and AI productivity tools.
- Project Management experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in Data Center, Construction, Telecommunications, Utility Infrastructure, or M&A-related procurement projects will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with suppliers, including NDAs, Master Agreements, SOWs, and contract amendments.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to finalize contractual agreements and drive timely execution.
- Identify and mitigate supplier risks while onboarding new vendors.
- Develop, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) covering commercial and business requirements.
- Ensure supplier documentation is complete and compliant, including insurance certificates and ISO documentation.
- Support procurement execution activities in line with company policies and governance.
- Guide internal stakeholders through the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Provide regular project status updates to the Procurement and Program Management teams.
- Proactively identify procurement risks and operational issues, proposing effective mitigation plans.
- Act as a trusted procurement partner, supporting business stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle with a strong customer-focused approach.
