Rate: up to 160 PLN/h

Skills required:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Manager
Experience managing cross-functional Business & IT projects
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Fluent English (C1)

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic Data & AI initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
Build governance and processes for a new Data & AI organization
Drive project delivery, planning and Steering Committee meetings
