- Rate: 220 - 320 PLN / h
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current SAP PM/EAM processes and solutions across different companies within the group.
- Identify differences between organizations and assess existing solutions.
- Design target SAP EAM processes and solutions.
- Co-create a global SAP EAM template for the group.
- Participate in the SAP ECC → SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Assess the feasibility of migrating existing solutions to S/4HANA.
- Identify areas requiring redesign or new solutions.
- Configure and validate SAP EAM/PM solutions.
- Participate in testing and evaluate solutions prepared by the implementation partner.
- Challenge and validate the implementation partner’s proposals from a business and functional perspective.
- Cooperate with business stakeholders, IT teams and the implementation partner.
- Identify best practices across individual companies and assess their potential for group-wide adoption.
- Support subsequent implementation phases and rollouts to other companies within the group.
Requirements:
- Several years of strong experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Practical knowledge of SAP EAM/PM configuration.
- Experience in SAP ECC → S/4HANA transformation projects – a strong advantage.
- Experience in analyzing and designing EAM processes.
- Ability to independently assess business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Experience on the client/business side or as an EAM Expert / Solution Lead – a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams and implementation partners.
- High level of independence, proactivity and ability to make functional decisions.
