We are looking for: TAX Business Analyst
General info:
- Location: Warsaw/Hybrid Work from Warsaw
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)
- General info: B2B Contract
- Rate: up to 140 PLN per hour
Skills required:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/Product Development environment
- Experience in the Tax domain or a related business area
- Proven experience in gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements
- Experience working with development teams and creating/managing product backlogs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proactive approach and strong ownership mindset
- Ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge and understand complex business processes
- Understanding of designing scalable solutions for global products and organisations
- Experience working in an international environment is highly welcome
- English is a must
Responsibility:
- Leading workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to identify and analyse requirements
- Translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories and backlog items
- Working closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders
- Managing and prioritising competing requirements and multiple topics
- Analysing business processes and recommending improvements
- Supporting the design and implementation of solutions for global customers and multiple markets
- Ensuring consistency of solutions and alignment with business and tax requirements
- Taking ownership of the assigned product area
