We are looking for: SAP Project Lead
General info:
- Location: hybrid, Warsaw (4 days per week)
- Duration: long-term contract
- Salary: up to 18k gross Contract of Employment
Skills required:
- SAP Hana knowledge
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in managing and implementing projects
- Knowledge of production and logistics processes
- Proficiency in English enabling effective communication
- Higher education
- Analytical thinking skills
- Independence and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to creatively solve problems and propose solutions
- Customer orientation (internal)
- Preferred: Experience working with Shared Services in India
- Languages required for the project: English – required, Polish – required (Some transactions in the warehouse will be in Polish)
Responsibility:
- Process identification and optimization in Poland
- Simultaneous Project Development
- Leading SAP process optimization projects in collaboration with the global IT team
- Coordinating business requirements related to SAP application management
- Managing the Key User process
- Managing SAP administrative functions in collaboration with Shared Services
- Planning, managing, and overseeing SAP solution implementations
- Defining, structuring, and evaluating requirements for SAP solutions
- Close collaboration with the Headquarters in developing and implementing new SAP solutions
- Training and supporting local users in SAP system usage
