We are looking for:
SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (PMGM, SD, LMS)
General info:
- Location: Remote with visits to Poznań twice a month (flexible arrangement)
- Start: Flexible, open to candidates with a 3-month notice period
- Duration: Long-term
- General info: Contract of employment or B2B contract
- Rate: Up to 19,000 PLN gross per month
Skills required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS module as a Key User (plus one of other SF modules, e.g. PMGM or SD)
- English B2 level (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and improvements for SAP SuccessFactors end-users
- Collaborate with SAP administrators and consultants to test and enhance the system
- Identify areas for optimization in existing HR processes
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
