We are looking for: SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Administrator
General Info:
- Location: Hybrid (Warsaw)
- Start: ASAP, preferred April
- Duration: First contract for 3 months, then extension (fixed-term or permanent)
- General info: UoP, possible B2B option
- Rate: 17,000-19,000 PLN gross + 17.5% annual bonus
Skills Required:
- Experience in SAP HCM – managing PA, PY, and organizational structure modules
- Ability to configure and integrate SAP HCM with external systems
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (PMGM, LMS) administration
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
- Administration of SAP HCM – managing organizational structure, system configuration, and integrations
- SAP SuccessFactors Administration – configuring data correspondence with SAP HCM and other systems, supporting key users
- Integration of SAP HCM with external systems and managing third-party vendor solutions
