We are looking for an IT Team Leader in Warehouse & Logistics Systems.

- Location: remote (frequent visits to the Warsaw office during the onboarding)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term contract

Skills Required:
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- SQL expertise (TSql, SQL, Oracle)
- Knowledge of Retail, WMS, ERP systems (preferred but not required)
- Fluent Polish/English B2
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the team’s daily work and problem-solving efforts
- Ensure smooth system functionality for business and customers
- Supervise large databases and address performance issues
- Oversee the development and maintenance of warehouse and logistics systems
- Support users in working with back-office applications
