SAP Retail Consultant

• Salary: up to 200 PLN/h

Skills required: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP in the Retail area.
• Knowledge of SAP standard: Proficient knowledge of SAP Retail business processes, with the ability to propose solutions based on the SAP standard.
• ABAP: Ability to read and basic modify ABAP code to customize solutions to meet business requirements and integrate with other systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and system architecture: Experience working with user interfaces (Fiori) and understanding of SAP system architecture in the context of integration with cloud solutions.
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze existing solutions, troubleshoot problems and find optimal system development paths.
• Experience working in a product approach: Working in agile methods (e.g. Scrum) in the context of products, ability to work with development and business teams.
• Consulting skills: Ability to provide technical and business consulting, especially in selecting SAP solutions that can meet the organization's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for the product team, supporting product development in the SAP part.
• Analyze and seek opportunities to use standard SAP solutions in place of existing custom solutions, with a focus on business process optimization.
• Consulting on architectural proposals and actively participating in shaping the target architecture of the system.
• Work closely with other IT teams, architects, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure high quality implementations and compliance with SAP best practices.
• Support in product development and system expansion.
