We are looking for: Test Manager with german
General info:
- Location: remote
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 1 year with an option to extend
- General info: contract
- Salary: 160 – 180 PLN/h
Skills required:
- Experience in test management, test planning, and coordination (especially in the automotive environment)
- Knowledge of formal processes in automotive projects (e.g., ASPICE is a plus)
- Ability to work in a complex international environment
- Communication skills, initiative, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset
- Technical understanding of the Java environment
- Familiarity with working in Scrum
- Proficiency in English and German, minimum B2 level
Responsibility:
- Creating and planning test strategy (Test Plan, test concept)
- Coordinating testing activities in an international environment
- Collaborating with other project teams and subcontractors
- Verifying compliance of the implemented solution with requirements
- Working within the Scrum methodology
- Reporting and accounting for work progress (test cases, documentation)
