Skills required:
- Independently mapping the IT/SAP market, identifying potential clients and their needs.
- Proactively generating new leads (including cold calling, social selling, and networking).
- Building relationships with decision-makers (C-level, HR, IT, Procurement).
- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Running full end-to-end recruitment processes within IT and SAP: from briefing, through sourcing and selection, to the final closure of the project.
- Creating sourcing strategies and selecting the appropriate tools and channels.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships — acting as a trusted advisor.
- Providing market insights related to IT/SAP and current technology trends.
- Working in a consultative manner — asking the right questions, diagnosing needs, and proposing the best solutions.
- Integrating business and technological perspectives; “connecting the dots” between client needs and candidate competencies.
- Supporting clients in developing effective recruitment strategies.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in 360 recruitment, consulting services sales, or business consulting — ideally within a recruitment agency or the IT/SAP domain.
- A consultative, business-partner mindset rather than a task-oriented recruiter approach.
- Energy, passion, results orientation, and genuine enjoyment from building a strong network.
