We are looking for: SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (Core HR & Recruitment)

Location: Warsaw / Hybrid

Employment type: Permanent
Skills required:
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, especially in Employee Central and Recruitment areas
- At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience in system configuration and support
- Ability to maintain and enhance HR systems in line with business needs
- Experience in managing data updates, imports and system changes
- Understanding of system testing, validation and implementation of new functionalities
- Experience in working with external vendors or support partners
- Ability to monitor system performance and resolve issues
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with additional modules such as Compensation, Learning, Performance or Succession
- Exposure to reporting and analytics within HR systems
