We are looking for: Data & Analytics Delivery Leader

Location: Spain, hybrid, 1 time per week at the Barcelona Tech HUB office.

Skills Required:

Proven track record of transforming data into a strategic business asset with measurable impact for our clients.
Minimum 10 years in Data & Analytics within complex organizations, ideally in CPG, Telecom, Energy, financial services, or similar.
Skilled in engaging and influencing senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to advance data-driven decision-making.
English (C1).
Spanish (B2) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Introduce tools such as balanced scorecards, KPI mapping, and other performance management techniques to maximize data's role in driving agile decision-making.
Set priorities and explain the benefits of leveraging new or existing technologies.
Engage with stakeholders, mainly technical counterparts on the client side.
