Skills Required:
- Proven track record of transforming data into a strategic business asset with measurable impact for our clients.
- Minimum 10 years in Data & Analytics within complex organizations, ideally in CPG, Telecom, Energy, financial services, or similar.
- Skilled in engaging and influencing senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to advance data-driven decision-making.
- English (C1).
- Spanish (B2) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce tools such as balanced scorecards, KPI mapping, and other performance management techniques to maximize data's role in driving agile decision-making.
- Set priorities and explain the benefits of leveraging new or existing technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders, mainly technical counterparts on the client side.
