We are looking for: Senior Business Analyst Tax

General info:

Location: hybrid, 2 days onsite at the office in Lodz
Start: due to notice period
Duration: long-term
General info: permanent
Salary: market rate

Skills required:

Strong finance background, ideally in manufacturing or consumer goods
Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP FI with a focus on tax
Knowledge of finance technologies (ERP, cashflow management systems)
Experience with Avalara is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience in business transformation projects is an advantage
Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

Responsililies:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions (e.g. SAP FI, Avalara)
Provide operational support and troubleshoot tax-related inquiries
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and identify system improvements
Design business process documentation, workflows, and test plans, including user acceptance testing
Support the configuration and deployment of system solutions
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance of tax-related processes
Supervise Junior Business Analysts and work with global teams
