We are looking for: Senior Business Analyst Tax
General info:
- Location: hybrid, 2 days onsite at the office in Lodz
- Start: due to notice period
- Duration: long-term

- Salary: market rate
Skills required:
- Strong finance background, ideally in manufacturing or consumer goods
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP FI with a focus on tax
- Knowledge of finance technologies (ERP, cashflow management systems)
- Experience with Avalara is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in business transformation projects is an advantage
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
Responsililies:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions (e.g. SAP FI, Avalara)
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot tax-related inquiries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and identify system improvements
- Design business process documentation, workflows, and test plans, including user acceptance testing
- Support the configuration and deployment of system solutions
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance of tax-related processes
- Supervise Junior Business Analysts and work with global teams
