We are looking for: SAP Test Manager

General info:

Location: hybrid, Warsaw (3 day per week)
Start: ASAP
Duration: long term
General info: permanent
Salary: up to PLN 22,000 gross

Skills required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile development methodologies and SAP is a plus
International work experience and profound English and Polish knowledge

Responsibility:

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for internal projects
Coordinate and manage test activities across various departments and teams
Maintain and improve testing tools, frameworks, and standards
Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team and the business
Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of testing activities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
