We are looking for: SAP Test Manager
General info:
- Location: hybrid, Warsaw (3 day per week)

- Salary: up to PLN 22,000 gross
Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies and SAP is a plus
- International work experience and profound English and Polish knowledge
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for internal projects
- Coordinate and manage test activities across various departments and teams
- Maintain and improve testing tools, frameworks, and standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team and the business
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of testing activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing
