We are looking for: Test Manager with german

General info:

Location: remote
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 year with an option to extend
General info: contract
Salary: 160 – 180 PLN/h

Skills required:

Experience in test management, test planning, and coordination (especially in the automotive environment)
Knowledge of formal processes in automotive projects (e.g., ASPICE is a plus)
Ability to work in a complex international environment
Communication skills, initiative, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset
Technical understanding of the Java environment
Familiarity with working in Scrum
Proficiency in English and German, minimum B2 level

Responsibility:

Creating and planning test strategy (Test Plan, test concept)
Coordinating testing activities in an international environment
Collaborating with other project teams and subcontractors
Verifying compliance of the implemented solution with requirements
Working within the Scrum methodology
Reporting and accounting for work progress (test cases, documentation)
