We are looking for: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Talent Management)

Location: Warsaw / Remote
Industry: Global organization (consumer-oriented)
Employment type: Permanent

Skills required:

4–6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
Hands-on configuration experience in Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Succession
Exposure to Recruitment module (Recruiting) – at least certification level
Experience in translating business needs into system solutions and configurations
Background in supporting HR systems in an international environment
Understanding of system releases, updates and ongoing maintenance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English

Nice to have:

Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules beyond core Talent areas
Interest in HR digitalization and employee experience solutions
Experience in process improvements or transformation initiatives
Experience working with external vendors or distributed teams
