We are looking for: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Talent Management)

Skills required:
- 4–6 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on configuration experience in Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Succession
- Exposure to Recruitment module (Recruiting) – at least certification level
- Experience in translating business needs into system solutions and configurations
- Background in supporting HR systems in an international environment
- Understanding of system releases, updates and ongoing maintenance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules beyond core Talent areas
- Interest in HR digitalization and employee experience solutions
- Experience in process improvements or transformation initiatives
- Experience working with external vendors or distributed teams
