We are looking for: SAP HCM Consultant with German

General info:

Location: remote
Duration: 12-month contract
Salary: 200-280 PLN/h

Skills required:

5+ years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant
Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (Germany)
Knowledge of German payroll regulations (ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.)
Experience in SAP configuration (functions, rules, payroll schema)
Experience with HRSP, SPDD/SPAU, OSS notes
Fluent German and good English

Responsibility:

Handling incidents, change requests, and HOT fixes in SAP HCM (PY/PA)
Supporting and maintaining German payroll processes
Analyzing requirements, implementing solutions, and testing
Managing communication with stakeholders and project team
Performing payroll runs, troubleshooting issues, and system adjustments
Supporting HRSP imports and SAP corrections
