We are looking for: SAP HCM Consultant with German
General info:
- Location: remote
- Duration: 12-month contract
- Salary: 200-280 PLN/h
Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (Germany)
- Knowledge of German payroll regulations (ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.)
- Experience in SAP configuration (functions, rules, payroll schema)
- Experience with HRSP, SPDD/SPAU, OSS notes
- Fluent German and good English
Responsibility:
- Handling incidents, change requests, and HOT fixes in SAP HCM (PY/PA)
- Supporting and maintaining German payroll processes
- Analyzing requirements, implementing solutions, and testing
- Managing communication with stakeholders and project team
- Performing payroll runs, troubleshooting issues, and system adjustments
- Supporting HRSP imports and SAP corrections
