We are looking for: Business/System Analyst (Mid)

Location: Remote (Poland, occasional office visit once per quarter)
Start: 01.05.2026
Duration: 12 months + possible extension

Rate: up to 120 PLN/h

Skills required:

Min. 3 years of experience as an IT Business/System Analyst
Experience in requirements gathering, modeling (UML, BPMN) and documentation
Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum and stakeholder communication
SQL for data analysis + English (B1/B2)

Responsibility:

You will be responsible for business and system analysis in a newly starting retention project within the insurance domain. The role includes gathering, modeling, and documenting requirements as well as close cooperation with business stakeholders and development teams.
You will support solution design (data models, process diagrams), run workshops, maintain backlog and user stories, and assist in testing phases (UAT, pre-prod, smoke tests).
