Skills required:
- Min. 3 years of experience as an IT Business/System Analyst
- Experience in requirements gathering, modeling (UML, BPMN) and documentation
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum and stakeholder communication
- SQL for data analysis + English (B1/B2)
Responsibility:
- You will be responsible for business and system analysis in a newly starting retention project within the insurance domain. The role includes gathering, modeling, and documenting requirements as well as close cooperation with business stakeholders and development teams.
- You will support solution design (data models, process diagrams), run workshops, maintain backlog and user stories, and assist in testing phases (UAT, pre-prod, smoke tests).
