We are looking for: Data Analyst

General info:

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid preferred)
Duration: long-term cooperation
Salary: 100-130 zł/h
Start: 1st of August

Skills required:

Experience in data analysis
Very good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and understandable way
Experience in data visualization and reporting
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to cooperate with project and research teams
Nice to have:basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R
experience with social data analysis
experience in public sector or NGO projects
knowledge of social program evaluation methodologies

Responsibilities:

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations
Build analytical and predictive models
Support evaluation of social and innovation-related projects
Prepare recommendations based on collected data and insights
Cooperate with project, research, and stakeholder teams
Support strategic and operational decision-making processes
