General info:
- Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid preferred)
- Duration: long-term cooperation
- Salary: 100-130 zł/h
- Start: 1st of August
Skills required:
- Experience in data analysis
- Very good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio
- Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and understandable way
- Experience in data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to cooperate with project and research teams
- Nice to have:basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R
- experience with social data analysis
- experience in public sector or NGO projects
- knowledge of social program evaluation methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Build analytical and predictive models
- Support evaluation of social and innovation-related projects
- Prepare recommendations based on collected data and insights
- Cooperate with project, research, and stakeholder teams
- Support strategic and operational decision-making processes
